Laywer faces four charges of cheating

A 52-year-old lawyer was charged at the Shah Alam Sessions Court on Tuesday with four counts of cheating his client, involving RM67,000 in 2017.

P. Nagarajan pleaded not guilty to all the charges before judge Rozilah Salleh.

He was charged with dishonestly inducing his client into believing that he (accused) had helped the victim to avoid arrest by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in connection with an investigation for misappropriation of the Skills Development Fund Corporation fund.
