Lawyer caught after eight years on the run, charged with CBT

A former lawyer, who disappeared in 2012 after being suspected of committing breach of trust, has finally been brought to justice.

Herlina Kamisiah Sauli, 42, was arrested by the Sarawak Commercial Crime Investigations Department on May 12.

The single mother was charged in the Petaling Jaya Sessions Court on Monday (May 18) with four counts of CBT, involving a sum of RM330,350.81 belonging to her clients
