KTMB to increase ETS services for Chinese New Year, Aidilfitri celebrations, says Loke

KTMB will run additional Electric Train Service (ETS) trips for the Chinese New Year and Aidilfitri travel periods to meet surging demand, says Transport Minister Anthony Loke.

For Chinese New Year, extra ETS services will operate from Feb 13 to 22 on four major routes, and tickets for the added services go on sale on Jan 29.

For Aidilfitri, with 44% of tickets already sold, KTMB will add eight more ETS services from March 13 to 29, offering an additional 36,540 tickets.
