KL cops seized RM125mil worth of drugs in 2023, arrested 13,215 for drug-related offences

The KL Narcotic Crime Investigation Department (NCID) seized RM125.4mil worth of drugs between January and November, said Comm Datuk Allaudeen Abdul Majid.

The city police chief said in his speech at the KL police monthly assembly on Wednesday (Dec 20) that the department also detained 13,215 individuals for drug related offences between January and November compared to 12,187 last year.
