Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah extended congratulations to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on his appointment as Malaysia's 10th prime minister, and also expressed his appreciation to Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob for his contributions while helming the country as its 9th prime minister, in His Majesty's speech at the official opening of the first meeting of the second session of the 15th Parliament on Monday (Feb 13).
