Kin of custodial death victim bids for fresh probe

P. Elam Sezhian lodged a police report on Wednesday for a fresh probe against his younger brother P. Karuna Nithi’s death while in police custody.

The report was lodged following the Attorney General’s Chambers’ action to withdrew its application for the Court of Appeal to reverse the 2016 decision by a Coroner’s Court in Seremban, last week.
