The Road Transport Department (JPJ) will focus on advocacy rather than punitive action in its enforcement against loud motorcycle exhausts, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

The Transport Minister told reporters that on Sunday (March 28) when asked to comment on Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s presidential address at the opening of the Umno general assembly.
