Johor to review, strengthen school safety SOPs following student's murder in Yong Peng

The Johor government will review school safety procedures and consider stronger security measures, including closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras, following the death of student Irene Sofiya Mohd Khairool Faisal in Yong Peng.

Mentri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi also urged the public to allow police to complete their investigation, saying those found guilty should face the appropriate punishment.
