Johor government intervenes in delayed PR1MA project

Homeowners of the Residensi PR1MA Larkin Indah apartment can sigh relief as the project key handover is expected to commence on March 1.

Johor housing and local government committee chairman Datuk Mohd Jafni Md Shukor said the project was completed two years ago but the houses were not handed over because the developer had not received the Certificates of Completion and Compliance.
