Johor cops bust bogus online job syndicate

Police have busted a syndicate that scammed people by offering bogus online jobs with the arrest of 22 suspects including 15-year-old teenagers.

Johor police chief Comm Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay said that members of the syndicate will pose as recruitment agents claiming they represented a popular e-commerce platform.
