Human capital remains the most important asset of the Social Welfare Department (JKM) in addressing increasingly complex social challenges, including the rapid spread of information on social media and rising public expectations, said Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.

The Prime Minister's wife said JKM personnel must act swiftly, communicate based on facts, and uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism in carrying out their responsibilities.
