Japan mobilizes volunteer 'listeners' to help tackle suicide

In reserved Japan, a new effort to give people a chance to express their innermost feelings has helped cut suicides by nearly 40 percent from a peak in 2003.
At Akita Prefecture, which used to have Japan's highest suicide rate, is leading the rest of the country in reaching out to those at risk of taking their own lives.
