During his regular media briefing on the Covid-19 situation in Malaysia on Tuesday, Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said when businesses initiate a promotion to boost sales, they must make sure the crowd visiting their outlets be properly controlled.

He said it’s not the promotion that is the problem, but rather how the business operator controls the crowd effectively is the cause of concern.
