Issue of “influencer” not winning youth award has been overblown, says Adam Adli

Deputy Youth and Sports Minister Adam Adli Abdul Halim told the Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday (Nov 15) that the issue surrounding an “influencer” being denied an award in the National Youth Awards (NYA) has been addressed.

He added that there were 12 award recipients, including those who won gold medals in the Asean Games and were not given as much attention.
