Ismail Sabri seeks to challenge charge relating to failure to declare assets

Former prime minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob intends to challenge the charge of failing to declare assets, his lawyer Datuk Amer Hamzah Arshad said on Tuesday (Sept 29).

The defence will file an application once it has studied the documents, parts of which the prosecution handed over at the Sessions Court mention.
