Ismail Sabri: EMCO at Amber Court apartments, Muar Rehab Centre extended until Jan 20

The enhanced movement control order (MCO) for the Amber Court apartments in Genting Highlands has been extended again as the localities are still deemed as “high risk” by the Health Ministry, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

The Senior Minister (Security) said that on Tuesday (Jan 5), adding that the enhanced MCO period for the area, which was supposed to end on Jan 6, will be continued until Jan 20.

Besides the Amber Court apartments, Ismail Sabri also announced that the enhanced MCO of the Muar Correctional Rehabilitation Centre will be extended to Jan 20 due to growing number of cases in the facility.
