If there is one mistake which Khairy Jamaluddin feels he made in handling the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme, it was opening registration to everyone at one go.

During a sharing session on the programme on Wednesday, the Health Minister, who was then holding the Science, Technology and Innovation portfolio, said the process should have been made in phases instead.
