Immigration detains 1,368 illegals after Kuala Lumpur Wholesale Market raid Monday (May 11)

A total of 1,368 illegal immigrants were arrested after a raid by the Immigration Department around the Kuala Lumpur Wholesale Market area on Monday.

In a statement on Tuesday, Immigration director-general Datuk Khairul Dzaimee Daud said among the arrested were 790 Myanmar nationals and 421 Indonesian nationals.
