Hospital staff charged with accepting bribe over funeral arrangements

A hospital staff member was charged at a Ipoh Sessions Court on Thursday (Dec 9) with six counts of accepting bribes for funeral arrangements of deceased patients.

Mohd Fariq Ariffin an assistant medical officer at the Forensic Unit of Kajang Hospital in Selangor, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
