The Malaysia Developer Awards (MDA) 2026 recognised the country’s leading property developers on Wednesday (Oct 14), with Sime Darby Property emerging as the overall champion in the RM1bil-and-above category and Avaland Bhd securing a triple win in the below-RM1bil category.

Now in its fifth year, the awards are co-organised by the Malaysian chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-Malaysia) and Star Media Group Bhd (SMG), to recognise excellence in property development.
