Home Ministry to present proposed citizenship law amendments to Cabinet on March 8

The Home Ministry (KDN) will table the proposal on amendments to the Federal Constitution regarding the citizenship of children born abroad by Malaysian women who are married to foreigners to the Cabinet on March 8.

Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail told on Wednesday (Feb 21) that if accepted by the Cabinet, the proposal would be tabled to Parliament according to plan.
