Higher Education campuses to fully reopen in October

Higher Education Minister Datuk Dr Noraini Ahmad announced on Wednesday (July 8) that all universities will reopen in October and varsities can determine its own teaching and learning modes including online.

She also said international students will be allowed to enter Malaysia subject to several conditions including undergoing a test for Covid-19 three days before arrival.
