Health DG: Conditional MCO didn't fail, most cases in Klang Valley not in community

The conditional movement control order (MCO) is not a failure as most Covid-19 cases in the Klang Valley involve foreign workers at construction sites, says Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

The Health director-general said that on Monday, adding that that the two active major cluster outbreaks in the Klang Valley were not in the community yet, but is spreading among construction site workers.

Dr Noor Hisham also argued that the conditional MCO implemented in the Klang Valley was not a failure, adding that its positive effects can be seen in Sabah.
