23,480 or some 35.7 per cent of the total Malaysia’s Covid-19 cases since the beginning of the pandemic have been found to be sporadic cases, said Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

The Health director-general said that on Monday, adding that it shows the virus is already in the community and reminded everyone to adhere to the SOPs set by his ministry.
