Half of low-cost flats in JB in poor condition, says exco member

About 50% of the low-cost flats in Johor Baru are in poor condition, and Johor exco in charge of housing Datuk Mohd Jafni Md Shukor said in line with the decree of the Sultan of Johor, it is high time for the Federal Government to provide a special allocation to rejuvenate such buildings.
