Govt to work with corporate sector on new initiative to eradicate poverty, to launch on June 24

The government will launch the Sejahtera Madani initiative on Thursday (July 24) to further efforts in eradicating hardcore poverty in the country, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced.

He stated that the launch continues the government's commitment to ensuring assistance for the hardcore poor and the poor through collaboration between the government and the corporate sector.
