Govt to meet with Meta over WhatsApp account hijackings

The government will meet with Meta’s WhatsApp representative to discuss the rising number of account hijackings on the messaging platform, said Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil in a press conference after attending the National Anti-Scam Campaign closing ceremony in Putrajaya on Thursday (Dec 7).
