Govt looking to increase number of Civil Defence Force volunteers to 150,000 by end of 2025

The government is targeting to increase the number of Civil Defence Force (CDF) volunteers to 150,000 by the end of 2025, says Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

The Deputy Prime Minister said the government will work towards increasing the number of CDF personnel to meet the needs of the agency, especially in facing emergencies and floods.
