Government's budget is not helping the "underclass" Malaysians

Klang MP Charles Santiago said the Government's budget is not aiding the other class of Malaysians, who are low-income. Santiago suggested the Government to raise the people's wages and to decrease the price of goods as short term solutions. He said this during a press conference at the Parliament on Tuesday.
