Gerik clothing store worker confronts and films harasser, leading to arrest

A 25-year-old clothing store's bravery in facing down her harasser and capturing the incident on video led to the swift arrest of a 55-year-old man in Gerik on Thursday (April 23).

The suspect faces charges under Section 509 of the Penal Code and Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act 1955.

Investigations also revealed he has a history of mental health treatment.
