Hawker Tong Kok Hwa began a fund raising drive for his former worker Chin Chi Sheuan to achieve his dream of becoming a doctor. At the age of 12, Chin worked at Tong’s stall. Losing his grandfather to colon cancer made Chin want to become a doctor.
