Four police officers from the Patrol Car Unit of the Petaling Jaya District Police Headquarters were caught on video assisting motorists whose vehicles had become stranded in a flash flood at the FAS Tunnel along Jalan PJU 1A/4F in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
