Former THP Bina executive pleads not guilty to CBT abetment charges

A former deputy general manager of TH Properties and THP Bina Sdn Bhd pleaded not guilty at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Thursday (Sept 3) to three charges of abetting criminal breach of trust involving RM72,000 in penalty payments from contractor Fourth Wave Sdn Bhd.

55-year-old Tengku Kamarolhisham Tengku Kamaruddin, a father of six, faces a jail term of between two and 20 years, whipping and a possible fine upon conviction.
