Former minister says PH's pledge on PTPTN is a form of election candies

Former Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh told reporters at Parliament lobby on Wednesday that the Government's decision to shelve its election pledge to postpone the repayment of the National Higher Education Fund (PTPTN) student loans by borrowers, proved that the pledge was just to sweet talk the voters during the May 9 general election.
