Former Bank Rakyat MD, chairman acquitted of CBT over RM15mil book project

The Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court has freed former Bank Rakyat managing director Datuk Mustafha Abd Razak and former chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Zainal for committing criminal breach of trust and abetment respectively involving near RM15mil.
