Focus on impact instead of just completing projects, says Zahid

The Rural and Regional Development Ministry must focus on delivering tangible outcomes for rural communities, rather than just ensuring projects are completed, says Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

Ahmad Zahid, who is also Rural and Regional Development Minister, said the ministry must speed up initiatives that bring significant benefits to the people, expand programmes that show strong results, resolve implementation issues and discontinue projects that are no longer relevant.
