Flood victims voice concern over pests and diseases

Described as the worst flood hit area in Seberang Prai, residents in Taman Sri Rambai are concerbed over diseases brought by rats and other pests. Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, who visited the site on Monday, said cleaning up efforts was about 90% completed.
