Five dead after powerful quake strikes off Indonesia, more casualties expected

At least five people died after an earthquake of magnitude 7.7 and dozens of aftershocks struck off the Flores island in East Nusa Tenggara province in eastern Indonesia early on Saturday (Aug 15).
Tsunami waves of less than 1 metre were recorded in several areas of the Southeast Asian nation. The tsunami warning was lifted about three hours after the quake that happened at about 5.58am.
