First LCS to be ready by Oct 2026 and last in 2029, says Tok Mat

Defence Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan told reporters on Monday (Oct 9) that construction of the first littoral combat ship (LCS) is expected to be completed by October 2026, with all major equipment ready to be installed. He added that the fifth and last vessel would be ready in 2029.
