Father and son remanded for a week in probe of gruesome Sabah murder

Police now believe a personal dispute — including issues linked to an engagement dowry — was behind the murder of a woman whose dismembered remains were found near Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

A father and son, aged 71 and 19, were arrested separately on Thursday night and remanded for seven days.
