Family of death-row inmate hopeful as Malaysia overturns death penalty

For many years, Siti Zabidah Muhammad Rasyid hoped for a miracle that would bring her son Razali home from death row.

Her prayers were partly answered on Monday (April 3) when Malaysia's parliament passed sweeping legal reforms to remove the country's mandatory death penalty.
