FAM scandal: 'Let the truth prevail', says Pahang Sultan

“Let the truth prevail.”
That was the message from Sultan of Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah when asked about FIFA’s sanctions on the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) and seven national players.
Speaking at the “Walk with Al-Sultan Abdullah: King of Sports” event at Stadium Merdeka on Wednesday (Nov 5), His Majesty, a former FAM president, also said the episode should serve as a lesson for all to avoid repeating similar mistakes.
