Fahmi: Nepal to help expedite status verification process for 55 missing M'sians

The Nepalese government has agreed to help expedite the process of verifying the status of 55 Malaysians who remain unaccounted for following the devastating floods in the country, says Communications Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil.

Nepal Prime Minister Balendra Shah gave the assurance during a conversation with Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, with Attorney General Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar instructed to immediately discuss legal and jurisdictional matters with Nepalese authorities.
