Eyewitnesses and neighbours: Shooter didn't look like a killer

Residents living in the Kyiv neighbourhood of Demiivka where a gunman killed six people said that the violence had unfolded suddenly, sending people fleeing with their children from a nearby playground as shots rang out.

Many, who live in the building where the shooting begun, said the suspect appeared to be a polite, withdrawn and quiet person.
