Ex-Youth and Sports Ministry officer denied fair trial, High Court hears

Former Youth and Sports Ministry finance division secretary Otman Arsahd was deprived of the opportunity for a fair trial, the Kuala Lumpur High Court heard.

His lawyer, Muhammad Rafique Rashid Ali, said there was no indication in the grounds of judgment that the second Sessions Court judge had comprehensively assessed the evidence given by all the prosecution witnesses.
