EPF launches i-Lindung insurance, takaful coverage for members

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has launched the i-Lindung platform that will allow members to purchase insurance and takaful products at an affordable premium.

Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz, who officiated the launch on Tuesday (July 12) said it could help EPF members get protection in the face of unforeseen and beyond control situations that could happen to anyone at any time.

The i-Lindung facility is available at a minimum rate of RM30 per year with protection of RM10,000 and can be deducted from the second account.
