Enhancing public transport takes priority over congestion charge, says Transport Ministry

Transport Minister Anthony Loke told the Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday (Feb 19) that the proposal to impose a congestion charge in the city will only be implemented when the public transportation system has been enhanced.
