Elderly driver with brake problem beaten for causing accident in Semenyih

An accident involving three vehicles reportedly occurred due to a brake failure, resulting in an altercation with an elderly driver at the traffic light junction of Pelangi Semenyih 2 in Selangor on Thursday (Jan 11).

In a statement on Friday, Kajang OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Zaid Hassan said police received a report of an accident at 12.15pm involving a Proton Saga, a BMW and a school van, and urged the individuals involved in the fight to file a police report, and advised the public not to take actions on their own that could lead to criminal offenses such as beating.
