Education Ministry defends implementation of PBS approach in schools

Senior Education Minister Datuk Dr Radzi Jidin told the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (Aug 1) that claims that the implementation of the school-based assessment (PBS) was made in haste to replace the Primary School Achievement Test (UPSR) and Form 3 Assessment (PT3) are untrue.

He said PBS had been implemented for more than a decade since 2011 in primary schools and 2012 in secondary schools.
