Earth star mushrooms are a delicacy during the wet season

Villagers in rural Thailand are harvesting the earth star mushroom, a local delicacy. The fungi can fetch as much as US$100 per 10 kilogrammes. Villagers from Tak province in Northern Thailand would harvest the mushrooms and sell it to traders in Phitsanulok.
